Our Services
Primary Care
Primary care and preventive medicine. Including monitoring and management of blood pressure, blood sugar, lipids, thyroid and hormone levels. Preventive screening test for all appropriate preventive health screenings
Acute Care
Management of acute illness including upper respiratory tract infections, UTI’s, Influenza, minor lacerations and wounds, sprains, strains and other muskuloskelatal injuries and more
In House Medication Dispensing
Most basic medications can be filled and dispensed in the office, saving you time and convenience over going to the pharmacy
On Site Phlebotomy
Most basic labs drawn on site avoiding the need to go to the lab
Weight Loss and Nutrition
Counseling and medication assisted weight loss and nutrition guidance to help achieve health and wellness goals
Dermatology
Yearly skin checks as well as minor biopsies and procedures when indicated
On Site and at Home Testing
On site EKG testing when indicated. At home sleep study available when evaluating for obstructive sleep apnea making these studies easy and convenient
Medical Cannabis
Dr. Spradling is certified to prescribe medical marijuana in the state of Florida. Making all possible treatments available to his patients is his priority
Dr. Tyler Spradling
Board Certified Family Physician
Dr. Tyler J Spradling is a board certified family physician. He has training in primary care, preventive care, lifestyle medicine, and nutrition. Dr. Spradling uses a comprehensive approach to healthcare that includes focusing on lifestyle, diet, and holistic practices while incorporating guideline based medical treatments to help his patients achieve their wellness goals. Dr. Spradling was raised in SW Florida and continues to give back to the community through numerous community based organizations. He received his Bachelors degree in chemistry from The University of South Florida. He then went on to receive his medical degree from Nova Southeastern school of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Fl. He completed his Residency in Family Medicine at the Florida State University Family medicine residency at Lee Health. While in Residency he received many accolades including outstanding resident in obstetrics and women’s health, as well as receiving recognition for his advocacy on behalf of family medicine.

Membership and Pricing
Pricing includes all preventive and acute care visits with your doctor, there are no additional co pays. Some additional services may cost additional fees such as lab work, medications, and treatments but these are all discussed prior to performing
All membership agreements do require a $225 registration fee

Membership fees are billed on a monthly basis at the beginning of each month
